Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of unwanted items within the first 14 days after receiving your purchase. We are unable to offer returns outside of this time scale. 

All goods sent back for refund must be in original and unused condition. Upon receiving the goods Beads & Bobs craft co. reserve the right to inspect that the item(s) are in a re saleable condition and may refuse refund if the goods do not meet the expectations. 

Due the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic we ask customers to please purchase responsibly and with certainty to avoid any unnecessary contact with exchange of goods. 

You are responsible for the cost of any return postage and any shipping fees paid on purchase are non refundable.
